01Overview

This page explains the software license under which Digital Response Pty Ltd ("we", "us" or "our") makes the MyDesk platform available to you, and lists the third-party and open-source components MyDesk is built on. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service, which governs your subscription and use of the Platform more broadly.

02License Grant

Subject to your compliance with our Terms of Service and payment of applicable subscription fees, Digital Response grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use MyDesk for your organisation's internal business purposes, for the duration of your active subscription. This license does not transfer any ownership of the Platform, its source code, or its underlying technology to you.

This license covers the MyDesk software only. You retain full ownership of all business data, documents, and content you or your organisation input into the Platform. See our Privacy Policy for how that information is collected, used, and protected.

05Third-Party & Open Source Components

MyDesk is built using a combination of proprietary code and third-party software, each governed by its own license terms. Key components include:

Use of these components within MyDesk is governed by their respective license terms, none of which grant you any rights beyond what is described in this document and our Terms of Service.

06Term & Termination

This license is valid for as long as your MyDesk subscription remains active. It terminates automatically if your subscription lapses, is cancelled, or is terminated under our Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Platform; provisions relating to intellectual property and limitation of liability survive termination.
